The Judicial Administration Order is revoked

Fiera Milano S.p.A. announces that the Milan Court – Prevention Court Independent Section - has today revoked the Judicial Administration Order. This follows the revocation of the Judicial Administration Order for the subsidiary Nolostand on 20 June 2017.
The Company, in collaboration with the Judicial Administrator, has implemented numerous initiatives aimed at optimising, revising and introducing new rules that ensure more effective and secure business management that are founded on new operating models and procedures. Substantial changes were made to the Organisational model under Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and to the new Supervisory Body, the adoption of Group procedures and contractual models and to the management of suppliers.
The Judicial Administration Order for the stand-fitting business division of the Company was imposed on 11 October 2016 with further stipulations made on 27 January 2017.
